Reason For Report:

I killed two players at the top floor of the lighthouse with no kos called on me or witnesses so I go to the first floor to exit and hezz shoots me on suspicion because I had a shotgun and he heard a shotgun firing from the lighthouse. We both just entered the first floor so there was no way he could have seen me walked by any unid bodies which were on the second floor​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

There were no mods on at the time Cafedemocha had just left as I filled in a report hezz admitted to killing me just for having a shotgun.

I didn't see they changed the ruling to not allow single reports anymore mods can close this report.
