Reason For Report:

So this all broke loose when a player named Kingnibs11 threw a harpoon toward me and i called kos on him, later noticing that another player whos name is exec bihopscript was standing beside him and watching when it occured. He didnt care to kos him when king threw the harpoon nor did he shoot him while i kosed him multiple times. The staff told me that i cant kill someone if they dont kill a kos player, which i find quite odd, so they made me serve an undeserved slay. I may not have mentioned it but exec saw all of it happen and has blatantly lied infront of everyone for it. I tried getting responses from king about the harpoon thing but nothing happened. I messaged gunandbomb explaining the situation and they answered back with "next time put it in the report". Moderators shouldnt take things like that lightly and overall i was slain for something i didnt deserve. This really ticked me off to because there were 3 mods on and none else had a say of anything, and everybody began to harass me. Do your job better even if this report is invalid because you arent doing a good one from my, and many others perspectives.​

As you can see, you stated that you killed exec because he didn't kill the player you kos's. You, incorrectly, claimed that this was guilt by association. However, in our extended rules we state that

Now, you may have meant to include the harpoon part in your response but you didn't. Moderators are required to go by what you state in the report in order to prevent loopholing. We are allowed to ask for clarification in some instances, but you can't just change the premise of your reason for killing just because your initial response resulted in a slay. I hope this makes sense.

My administrator will determine the verdict of this report.

Thank you for taking the time to file a report. As GunAndBomb stated above, we do not allow players to change or modify their response outside of the report window, except in cases where clarification is required. Your original response directly conflicted with our Guilt by Association rule, in that you killed him for being near a player who was called KOS while not killing that player. This is the response that your slay was based upon.

As GunAndBomb followed protocol and issued a slay in this situation, I will be marking this report as Invalid. In the future, please be sure to include all details that could be relevant to a report in order to avoid situations like this.
