He was already banned (after 4 gags for mic spamming/harrassment)
But I want the ban prolonged because 24 hours is not nearly enough
Try to understand that everyone in that server had to put up with this guy for about 7 rounds
Each round containing him yelling insulting and offensive things over his mic
As well as all the other shit he did

Like I said
4 gags
He was gagged four times and that wasn't even close to the amount of times he should have been gagged
And when you factor in all the RDM and slay evasion it goes far beyond a 24 hour ban


As for the slay evasion:
The demo I am posting is not the first occurrence
When me and God is Dead were T buddies he Harpooned me for no reason (wasn't even around any innocents) then he told the mod that it was crossfire
Unfortunately wasn't recording at that point but luckily I caught a recording of the incident on Robo
Where after RDMing him (which I have the recording of) he also lies about his reasoning by saying he saw him take out a T weapon (c4) which I also have a recording of in the same demo

For the hacking:
Many people were saying we was using aimbot (didn't witness it myself though)
I am accusing him of hacking because (as you can see in the demo I linked in the evidence section) he immediately knows when Robo has purchased a c4 (although he doesn't witness it) and goes on to KOS him for it (and be right)
That would be a pretty far stretch for just a regular RDM​

I have another demo that goes more in depth of the mic spamming/harrassment (and how often it occurred) but that demo is about an hour long and I dont think anyone is really interested in watching that

Also if anyone who was in there has any evidence against his friend ISIS please post it
Unfortunately didn't get anything on ISIS besides the hour long demo (which I am not uploading) and he was pretty much just as bad as God is Dead​

 

I can attest. He was mic spamming on numerous occasions, was gagged numerous occasions, RDM'd... numerous occasions, harassed me and others on numerous occasions, and was evading slays several times.


Also really. He did this for an hour? I am sorry, but @Shadow6767 I wished you banned him earlier. He did literally everything wrong.


Also to add on, Yes he straight up RDM'd me in MC B5. Was then kicked for harassment soon after. the KOS on me was rather peculiar. He said he KOS'd me for holding a C4 around the tower, when I did NOT place it around the tower, nor was I near the tower at all. I placed my 2 C4s underground in the "sewer" and on the roof of the house near the entrance of the town to the right. He was spewing lies left and right. This guy needs such a long ban.

 

i was spectating him on one of his t rounds, i was flying above him and watching him kill guy after guy, but he seemed to of instantly locked onto their head, and killing em extremely fast

 

I suggest a COI ban for the DDOS threats alone.

 

We do not hand out Conflict of Interest bans here, permanent bans are set in stone. Those type of bans are not issued unless someone reaches a point of no return (i.g. 4th Offense of Hacking, 22nd Offense of RDM and Leave, Trolling to the maximum degree). Think of Conflict of Interest (Permanent Bans) as committing treason here in the United States, you receive the death penalty. In similarity, here on SeriousTTT, if you become someone whose interest's conflict with that of the servers' you will be cut off entirely. Of course, we don't do anything without sufficient evidence, if someone claims to be DDoSing our servers (which people do all the time) they will be questioned rather than being banned on the spot.

Anyways, after talking to @Shadow6767, I will be extending this player's 1 day local harassment ban to a 5 day global ban seeing Shadow could not witness the player's continued harassment while he was alive and the player was dead. As for the hacking claims, I do not see anything in the video that shows evident hacking, other than one minor random kill that was taken care of.
