Reason For Report:

I am making a separate report from my first one on @Glyph as this is a separate incidence. Sorry if this causes cluster. Anyways, Glyph slayed a person without fully investigating a report. I reported Sir Hymen as I was unsure if he saw me throw a harpoon. It ends up he did and I was hoping that the logs would show this. I am unsure if Glyph missed it or what. He shortly left after this report and the false slay happened.​
