French Toast Claims (and her presiding admin) claim that:

• Killing another T as a T in the first few seconds of a round is not a punishable offense if you claim crossfire, and there is no proof that it wasn't crossfire.
• Crossfire is a valid claim to kill someone, as long as there is no proof it wasn't crossfire
• Screenshots alone cannot disprove a crossfire claim
• Killing a T buddy is not a 100% punishable offense (meaning there are valid reasons to kill another T buddy that aren't slayable, such as Crossfire)
• Without video, you cannot prove RDM with JUST a death inspect/death timing/round timing screenshots.

This is a now a precedent, meaning that this case can be referred back to in the event anything like this happens again. French has already explained the situation fully to me on Steam, as well as you and I have had an extensive conversation about this.

There are several things here.

- You did claim that div was mentioning that he "loophole killed you" because there was no mod on.
- div's claim in the report is that he killed you in crossfire- something that is entirely reasonable at any point of the round.

-Normally we can verify these claims using death scene- however French did not join the server until after the map had already changed. This means the death scene was no longer available.
-I asked you if you had recording- you did not of the claims or the supposed event.

Unfortunately this led the report to a word vs word situation. We do not punish players without evidence of the event.

French Toast did her job appropriately and to the best of her abilities according to the situation.
