I've now looked into the Old Logs for when this all happened. Unfortunately, some of these kills don't function properly as I'm not able to look at Damageinfos which you can see here. I was able to find instances that were functioning properly though, and he's now been punished appropriately. I'll go ahead and mark this report as completed.
