Time of Occurence:

First time: 1:06pm Wednesday february 17th 2016. Second time: About 1:12pm (not exact) Wednesday February 17th 2016.​

Reason for Report:

For ghosting 2 times. BUT it could have been 3 times depending on what you (the staff) decide. If you look in the first video's chat, you will see 2 codes that he has typed. One was 743 and the other was 347. From looking at this I feel like he was trying to say the code in a different order (so I would not say ghosting 2 times in this first video).​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

This is the first video that was mentioned above (that might contain 2 ghosts in 1 video, depending on what you (the staff) think.



This next video is pretty straight forward that he ghosted again. This would be my second piece of evidence.

Could be 3rd time or second time he has ghosted depending on first video.
