Harassment/repeated targeted false KOSes​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

The user with the ID STEAM_0:0:114168449 (started out as "US PVT sabastion 1906" and changed his name a few times, ending up as "suicidal cunt") was repeatedly KOSed for no reason by Doot, at the start of every round, getting him killed more often than not. Doot repeatedly made mention of the fact that he was doing this to teach the user a lesson and make him stop being "so autistic."

I only managed to get a recording of one round before staff finally came online but it's representative of over a map's worth of the same thing. The beginning is the only important part, Doot calls his KOSes as soon as the rounds start. Apologies for the low volume.

These users were online at the time and should be able to attest to these events if tagged (not sure who has forum accounts).

While I wasn't the target of these offenses they're clear rule violations and affected the gameplay negatively for everyone on the server.​

Due to the evidence in this video, and the admittance by @Doot, I'll be marking this as valid. Also, seeing as @Doot has just come off of a ban in similar nature for abusing this in the past, a more severe punishment will be issued.
