Invalid Report against DinduNuffin

Reason For Report:

In round 3 DinduNuffin randomly calls me out as T, he later claims that I attempted to propkill him in order to get off when in reality I had not handled a prop since pre round nor did I fire a weapon until after his KOS on me.

In round 4 DinduNuffin and I are both detectives, 25 seconds in he shoots me dead in response to the actions in round 3.

In between the rounds Dindu spouts verbal abuse telling me "hang yourself faggot", and my report against him in round 4 never gets resolved due to server lag causing the mod online to leave.

He also has a previous ban for harassment and false KOS, the exact same offense here (http://www.seriousgmod.com/posts/258268/).​

I am tagging @CDriscoll since he dealt with this players offenses in the past.

 

I will tag @Sickle and @Korean BBQ since it appears that the two were on the server at the time of this report.

Also, at first glance, the round 3 KOS is word vs. word, unless you have evidence, and the round 4 report should be the only investigatible report here.

I do understand the report on the player and i could understand why, you in this case, feel like nothing was done but, let me shed some light on to what is going on here.

-First, the random kos that was called on you on round 3, im sorry but as its just a chat there and there could have been multiple things that could have happened there is nothing there we could do since there is no real proof thus word vrs word.

-Second, the verbal abuse was noticed by us, at that time i was dealing with a few reports myself, but bringing it to our attention we did issue a warn. Mind you though it was not presented properly but was still addressed.

-Lastly, Due to whatever DDoS or server errors that was going on i was unable to join after several attempts after being removed. Unfortunately, due to the RDM happening while a Staff was on and my unfortunate DC no punishment could be taken in this place

So as we rap up this case , Unfortunately, it is INVALID due to the player being addressed about the harassment, a Word V Word kos, and my disconnect from the server.
