Reason For Report:

I have a history of toxic gameplay and i resent that now and i have been trying to become a better more calm person.

today i got banned for 8 weeks for "toxic gameplay" i have talked to destiny recently and he said that since i was telling people ( who are familiar with the maps and know all the little features) to press the button in whitehouse which kills you.

we all had a good laugh and they knew what they were doing.

I personally think that Destiny has a grudge towards me for some odd reason​

Hey there @Doot thank you for taking the time to report me on the forums today. As this is my first report as an administrator I hope to learn from this experience and hopefully so do you. Now this is quite a ban and I can see why you would report me for it but next time I would suggest doing an appeal rather than a report as it will most likely end faster and might get you unbanned. Now, enough chit chat. Lets get right into it.

The Beginning
I was training my trial mod @Death when I heard the claim of a T tester on Lost Temple which I had never heard so I was curious and found you, the voice who claimed a T tester. I come to the area to see that it was the wall spike trap that you were claiming to be a T tester. This resulted in 2 deaths of innocent players who thought that it was an actual tester. Now normally it would just be RDM if you were an innocent but in this case you were a Detective so this is considered toxic gameplay. You then after you die start to harass the player by the name of Vitriollic about their voice mainly and their "Epic third grade roasts" I gagged you for the excessive talking and the harassment, but sadly before I could talk to Vitriollic he had left the server due to your harassment. I was gonna slay you after the round had ended but it was map change so I said after the round due to that I had other reports stacking up and an eager trial mod ready with verdicts. The Inbetween
We then switched to the map of White House where you proceeded to do the same thing as last map with the wall spike trap but instead it was an electric button. You told players to press E on it. Granted the players dont have to listen to you but most will, especially the newer players such as Nathan and Wise ( both no ranks and had no special skins. You had the player next to you call out that it was a T tester, you had not denied that it was a T tester. Again this is toxic gameplay. The video can be found here.

In The End
I went and looked at your history and saw that you had come off of a Toxic Gameplay ban, with the behavior I saw on the server today, you obviously had not learned from your previous ban. Now I will say this, I feel that I was a bit harsh on the actual punishment itself. 2 months is quite the time. So I will be making it a 4 week ban rather than an 8 week one. I would like to address on your claim of me having a grudge against you. Why would I have a grudge against you? As a staff member I obligate myself to stay fair in the situation no matter who it may be. If this report is to be found valid by my lead admin @DieKasta then I truly do apologize for any inconvenience that occurred due to the events today. I hope that you don't hold this against me Doot and I hope that we both learn something from this report. Have a wonderful rest of the day.

Hey Doot,

Thanks for taking the time to file a report on the forums. I'm not one to beat around the bush on these things so lets hop to it.

A Toxic Gameplay ban is something we use to punish a player for playing the game in ways that may be within the rules, but are not in line with the core objectives of TTT gameplay. While it is a term with a very broad definition and application, we don't just hand these types of punishments out lightly. You've had many warnings and even some bans for toxic gameplay/trolling in the past so it's not like this punishment has come out of nowhere.

If you're going to be trying to turn over a new leaf in this community, realize that ruining peoples rounds for the sake of a laugh isn't the way to go about doing it. There are plenty of ways to have fun while playing ttt without ruining the fun of others. Try to play the gamemode with the objective in mind and I'm sure you find it pretty easy to not take part in acts that we would consider toxic gameplay.

As for the report at hand, I don't believe @Destiny Blade acted out of line. Your history in addition to your gameplay the day you were banned was more than enough for the ban to be issued.
