Thanks for taking the time to report this player, I will investigate this further.

 

I will be marking this invalid seeing as how you were the one that had damaged the player first and because the Detective had previously shot XIII XIIV_Wallace, which can be considered an active KOS. Without the players input I feel this would not be justified to ban this player. Also looking at previous rounds, it seems as if he was the one that had been RDM'd, not the other way around.
