I’m not a staff member but I come bearing two valuable things:

1. Unless I’m missing something/the rules been drastically amended, the image you linked doesn’t contain any ‘Valid Koses’; he just gives a list of names and says “all those people”. Anyone who followed those invalid koses should be punished if anything.
