Report against STEAM_0:0:54314614, for being an abusive moderator.


I was playing some TTT, and this guy jackie something or other, was talking shit saying he was gonna kill me next round. so the map changed and i was crowbaring him during the grace period, and he buys a shotgun and kills me. (RIP) So then CDriscoll (Who will be referred to CD from now on), slays him, and he starts talking about how he doesn't care so i said something about him being an emo, and he called me an insensitive prick. I believe i got a mute for calling him emo, and then we both get a warn for him calling me a prick. blah blah blah, next round i get slayed by CD, so next round he is crowbar pushing me, and i press my kill bind. That ends up with him being killed by someone else for "killing me". Anyways, he slays me for "a report for harassment", and then changes it to getting him killed. I was pretty upset about this, because i thought i was hilarious, and he didn't. So after my slay was over and a few more rounds, i logged off. after a while later, i logged back on and talked to a mod named Hirari. Now, I don't want to throw him under the bus, but he said he could not slay me for the death of himself. All i'm asking for here is maybe a warning, if it turns out he is in the wrong.​

But most of the time when you are slain you result in another players death. But CD will respond as soon as he can.

 

but isn't resulting in another players death like, calling a KOS, putting an un-id'd next to them, or crowbarring on a ledge? I simply used my kill bind and he got killed. I had nothing to do with his death apart from slightly making the appearance that he killed me. CD even said "no, he killed himself in the console" when someone asked if he killed him. CD also said that Muffin gave him the "ok" to slay me for that, which i have no clue why he would, since my death was independent from his death.

 

I didn't have a part to play in this, I'm only CD's Admin. I believe @FrostedBlade was the Admin who spoke with him, because I was offline. They will both respond when they are available.

 

As Sw33t was his in game name as he was messaging me about this. I did inform him to: "take screenshots of the incident but the burden of proof is on him to prove this case."

I do not see screenshots here. Why did you not take them as I instructed or copy the logs that were being said?

 

Hello, ABB!

I remember playing with you earlier today, and especially the events that you outlined in your report against me. First off, I'm going to set the background for this whole scenario. On the map Community Pool, you and the player @Jackie The White Wolf had gotten into a bit of a quarrel, which got heated fast. I warned you for calling him something along the line of "emo kid", and I warned him for calling you an "insensitive prick". During this, I was constantly PMing Jackie to calm him down, but you continued to jab at him and provoke him through the team chat. This was the beginning of the trollish attitude and behavior on the server.

After we had all calmed down on Community Pool, the map changed to Dust_2 and we continued to play. You continued to make jabs at Jackie in the chat, and I continuously asked you to stop. You then went on a spiel about how I was targeting you, and that you were being persecuted for whatever you were doing.
Things began to escalate when we ran into each other on Dust_2, and I shoved you with your crowbar, and you killed yourself in console to create a murder scene with me as the killer. I was KoSed for "killing you", and at this time I messaged @FrostedBlade for advice on the situation, as you clearly showed your intent through your chat messages, which included something along the lines of "rekt" and "why'd you kill me, buddy?". He told me to slay you for the false KoS you set on me, which caused my death. No where did I state, nor did I actually, slay you for false reporting Jackie on Dust_2. I also would like to point out that I never stated that Muffin gave me discretion, but I stated that he was my admin; which you continued to troll with asking if his full name was "MuffinKek" or not. The truth of these parts of the report, and others, are being stretched like a rubber band.

As you say, you hopped offline around the same time I did, and eventually went back online to gain info about what I did and if it was kosher which, without discretion, isn't. The reason why the responses you received contradict my actions on the server is because:

1. I had discretion. As it states in the !motd, all punishments are subject to change at an admin's discretion.
2. The set of circumstances was fitting for the slay. There was intent behind your actions, and a level of malevolence that called for such action from me, advised by Frosted.

To support my claims, I have a demo which can be found HERE. The whole incident with the crowbar push begins around tick 42000.
For the convenience of all the staff members reading this, especially @Muffin (I gotchu), I went through the demo and screencapped our conversations and will post them all in a spoiler below.

Report has been found invalid. What you did with the crowbar incident is essentially calling a KOS aswell. Whenever you make an accusation towards another stating that they committed a traitorous act, it is seen as a KOS, and it will come back on you if it turns out to have been false.
