Reason For Report:

Multiple cases of RDM throughout this time period. I only have logs from his RDM on round 4, but I believe there was quite a bit prior due to his karma before this round even occured (can be seen in the evidence below).

Hopefully old logs are available to show if there was indeed any RDM prior to this point. As I said, I personally cannot provide any evidence other than what I have posted below.
