While this is a cause for suspicion, this isn't something that would be considered ghosting. I have also spectated these players and while some of their actions are questionable, they aren't enough reason to ban someone outright for ghosting. This report is invalid due to lack of evidence. Considering ghosting bans are one of our most serious offenses, more evidence would be required in order to punish players for ghosting.
