Invalid Report against Anarchist

This guy just doesn't deserve to mod . He never does anything to actually moderate the servers, since it took another mod to come on when MCSniper and his group were doing all their toxic shit, he tricks and deceives players that almost certainly wouldn't trust him for any other reason that it is a mod, abuses the TPA system so he can bring an entire group of players to mob people inside their houses, kills people who are in the middle of logging on or off, and generally does the shit that Mankamal's group does, only he's less vocal about it.

The specific incident I am reffering to today is I let someone in my house, Anarchist TPA'd to them, had a bunch of other people TPA to him, then my game crashed. When I came back, I was dead, and Anarchist demanded I bribe him to get my stuff back. Can we please get an admin immediately to handle this, asap? A PVping staff member I can accept, but not one that abuses people so readily.​

Hey There @Silent Artemis Thank you for taking the time to file this report.

The incident you are referring to happened today when @Harry Potter somehow managed to gain access to your base, and teleported himself, @POP STAR, @Hyper and Myself in, where we then promptly proceeded to kill you. I don't know how Harry got into your base, but since I enjoy raiding bases, it was quite difficult to turn him down when he asked me to join him. When we found you in your base, you didn't do anything to defend yourself, which I found odd, but regardless of your internet connection, we had no idea you were having problems.

Anyway, after we got your stuff and took off, you asked if you were going to get any of your stuff back, which I should say according to our current rule set was entirely up to me weather or not I gave it back, to which I simply asked for your head, since I am always looking to expand my collection, this is what you call "holding for ransom" Now, If I demanded an obscene ammount for your stuff back, I would agree with you, but your head? Something that drops everytime you die? to get your stuff back, I'd say thats a pretty minor price to pay. After this, you began messaging me things like "You're such a shitty person" and "How the fuck are you a mod" I do not have screenshots of this, but soon enough I will be retrieving full logs of our whole conversation.

Now, I like to give people their stuff back after a good fight, but I will say after some of the things you messaged me, It discouraged me from doing so. I'm sorry if you felt that I was not doing my job in any way as a mod, but just because I'm a mod, does not mean that I am not allowed to do things like this.

Yeah, I can vouch for Anarchist not acutally moderating. There was a situation where someone was actively harassing other players, and instead of stepping in to stop him, Anarchist did nothing and another mod (I think @Robokiller87) was forced to deal with it.

 

Unless you have some evidence to add constructively, do not comment on reports you are not involved in.

 

I'm sorry but I don't see how this is qualified as abuse. There are no rules against using the TPA system to bring more people to assist you.

I'm afraid this is a redundant claim. Robokiller might have finalized it, but that does not mean all other staff were not assisting in dealing with the issue. They were actively searching for a method in approaching the situation at hand as it was the first of it's kind on a brand new server. They were unsure. The rules and tools available to the Moderators didn't enable them to take immediate action at that time.

If you have valid evidence of your claim, I believe that could help you much more than simply making blank statements.

 

Unfortunately, I don't remember this at all, but believe me if I saw somebody harrassing other players I would have done something, and I do not tolerate that type of thing on the server, its quite possible I might have been AFK, although I tend to try to log off if I know I will be offline for an extensive period of time.

 

Hey, Silent Artemis so as stated above, I tped to you then asked Anarchist, Pop Star and Hyper if they wanted to raid you since they were trying to get heads. I tpad to you again which you accepted so then I tpad all of them in your base.


I am sorry that you feel hurt. But your behavior after we killed you was inappropriate at best, You pmed me "Fuck you" "Just Fuck you" I was going to let this go because I honestly didn't care, But since this event you've been very argumentative so I would suggest you change your behavior so you dont get in trouble but It was a completely valid kill.

The use of the system was valid, that's not as important to me or many other players as much as the fact that we have a mod breaking into peoples housings, the one place people they are supposedly safe, and then killing them when they are defenseless. This isn't abuse, but it creates a sense of distrust and fear in everyone, and when the only response you get back is how it's your own fault for having bad things happen to you?

And the abuse part is him fully willing to lie/trick people, attack them while they are AFK, or to steal their stuff when they have so much less than he does. He plays the game according to the rules, but he doesn't treat anyone that isn't actively supporting him with any respect.

 

As to my argumentativeness, when you have half the server targeting you everytime you step out from your door, berating you any time you have a comment to make, and basically getting ganged up on at every opportunity? Yeah, I'm going to get aggressive.

 

You were most definitely online and active both times it happened. You were participating in auctions and building. There is no proof, though, of course.

 

Going to go ahead and add that he is fond of baiting people as well. Seriously, he might be wonderful behind the scenes, but he is a common troll with nothing to contribute when it comes to his interactions with some, if not many, players.

 

Additional input without further evidence was not required.

As you said here, he's not breaking any rules and he's not using any extra powers he has as moderator to abuse; he's just an aggressive player. Since you have full control over who can /tpa to you, it's up to your discretion to accept people into your home, and to know that they won't /tpa other players in.
