Reason For Report:

So let's get started here! It's been pretty apparent for a while now that Aco just simply doesn't like me. He may go on to say I'm venomous or whatever he may say but has anyone actually seen me blow up on anyone recently? So round 1 of 67thway, a Traitor XxTheJoker11xX, STEAM_0:0:52800426, was shooting another player of which I have no clue was who but he was. I walk out of a room and see the inno firing back and so I killed him. Thejoker starts firing upon me after the other inno was dead after I had ided the body. I kill him and receive a report that he hadn't shot or done anything to provoke me killing him. Shot and dmg logs will back my story up 100%. I file a report myself against him stating he was blatently lying to try to get another player slain, he still continued to lie because Aco even told me his response as you will see. Aco the whole entire time, kept telling me maybe he was confused and just trying his best to cover for him. I know he doesn't like me and it's 100% apparent in the screenshots I will be providing that he acted solely out of spite although keeping it cool. He even panicked when he saw what was unfolding and that I had a legit report on him and slayed thejoker for reason "I slayed him for shooting you" when the person in question was a Traitor and had every right to shoot me in the first place. So why I ask, did Aco try to cover up so much for him only to slay him falsely and then slay himself only when I pointed it out that he was a T to begin with. What exactly is going on here?​

I urge whoever it is that will be investigating this to check the shot and dmg log for that round and both the report on myself from thejoker and my report on him in game. It completely contradicts EVERYTHING that aco is telling me the entire time and just ignoring what is truth here.

 

All because he doesn't like me. And just for the record, this report is also on thejokers behalf for being slain for the wrong reason as he was a traitor because Aco panicked and thought he could make a slay to avoid being reported when he saw a case against himself.

 

Hello Acer, thanks for taking the time to report me.

I apologize if you feel I "acted solely out of spite for you", because I really didn't. I couldn't care less if a player doesn't like me, I hold no grudges against you or anyone; I just simply enforce our rules and you really seem to disagree with them. I am going to go ahead and explain my side of the story and as to why what I did wasn't a: ignorant or b: wrong.

This was the initial report that was filed against you in which you claimed he was loopholing:

Now, he claims he didn't shoot you when the logs do show that he did. You were not in the wrong for killing him you had every right to, not arguing about that.

Then, you proceed to report him for the supposed loopholing.

In his response, Joker says that he doesn't shoot until he got shot, which is actually true. Pancakes had shot him first, you then kill Pancakes and Joker proceeds to damage you. Then, you kill Joker for damaging you.

Now, this is where our views conflict. You believe that him claiming he didn't damage you when he in fact did is loopholing.

I really don't believe that Joker was doing this to promote toxic gameplay or to get around our rules. He may have been trying to get you slain because he felt like you rdmed him but it is not indicative of loopholing.

I slayed for myself for the improper slay I put on Joker and I apologized to him letting him know it was my mistake; that was taken care of.

I've stated all I need to. I do not act out of spite for players, I know better than to do so. You may feel like I do because the situations don't swing in your favor but I promise you I evaluate every situation the same, regardless of the parties involved.

He even lied when responding to my report and Aco accepted it with all proof pointing otherwise. It's promoting toxic gameplay to lie to get someone slain and then to lie again when reported for it. Like I said, the shot and damage log will show he knew what he was doing. Why Aco was so hell bent on covering for him however is unknown, apart from it was me.

 

The fact I even killed the inno that was shooting at him and ided it and then he shot me should be proof alone but yet Aco still refused to do anything about it.

After reviewing all the evidence provided I don't see anything that Aco did wrong in this situation. As Aco mentioned, in the report you filed against Joker he said he hadn't started shooting until he was shot by Pancakes which matches up with the logs shown in the screenshots.

While he did lie in his initial report, he rectified his reasoning once you decided to file a report against him. Had he continued to lie at this point I would have seen a reason to possibly warn him for loopholing, but alas that was not the case as he told the truth at this point. Aco taking action would've been extremely premature of him to do as Joker wasn't abusing any flaws in our system in order to get you slain, he simply said that he hadn't shot you which was an obvious contradiction with the logs.

I should note that I don't believe Aco holds a grudge against you as it'd be highly unprofessional of him to do so and it doesn't seem that he handled any part of this situation with any sort of bias against you.

As far as the false slay with Joker goes, Staff Members are expected to slay themselves when they falsely slay a player and Aco seems to have done just that in the final screenshot he presented above.

Overall, Aco handled this situation perfectly fine and as a result I'll be marking this report invalid.
