I have BaccaHasSkills and Apunex that have seen this situation happened and other people tried to say stop delaying in chat.

Hey NoHackJustGood, thanks for making a report. While it is against the rules to delay the round, just delaying once like this would at most result in a slay depending on the situation.

While the report is technically valid, he hasn't done anything that would result in any harsher punishments at the moment.
