Reason for Report:

This player exploited the map Family Guy by spawning in with a gun somehow and killed 3 Runners with the gun. I don't have evidence that he killed 3 players with it but he is still exploiting anyway.​

From looking at the screenshot you provided, there is no way for me to know if this is him or not.

I believe it was actually more than 3 people looking at it now.

 

From looking at the second screenshot in your second post, I found this report to be valid. This player admit to getting the gun and there appears to be a whitness as well.
