Reason For Report:

The culprit harassed me for using a voice changer and I called him dumb for thinking that. Then he talked about how this whole thing was completely one sided and ended up getting me kicked from the server by a moderator who seemed to only care about this thing because he was getting harassed by the number of reports, and because he was VIP. I know that if I got harassed or called a name that I would rarely report someone. But the fact that this person ruined my day because of a phony report really bugs me.

The moderator would not tell me the punishment that I would receive if I did not send him evidence that supported my claims, and when asked many times he just kicked me. This made me upset and caused me to upload everything to a website that I did not have an account for, and take screenshots of everything that happened to me. I believe that this is horrible handling of this situation. The moderator also claimed of warning me in chat to not harass, when I have no recollection of when or where that happened. When pressed about the topic he did not give me any evidence supporting his claim.

I simply did not want the person who harassed me to get in trouble, but for some reason the culprit was hellbent on getting me kicked from the server. I believe that the moderator and the person involved must receive some form of punishment for what they did. Unlike me who received punishment for defending myself against someone who offended me. I love seriousTTT very much, and was going to buy VIP or maybe even try out for moderator again, but people like this make me sick and ruin the fun experience that I have on your servers.

Please look at the evidence carefully and see that I try and stop him from messaging me many times. At one point I was responding to the culprit and it ended up causing me to get killed by a traitor. I told the culprit this, to which he replied "IDFC" which means (excuse my french) "I don't FUCKING care".

I'm tagging @Fivecraft for his response to the situation, as well as commenting. Moderators are unable to issue punishments or warnings for harassment without evidence. If you had provided him the evidence regarding your accusations of harassment, he would have been able to act upon it. Also, as he had given you a warning already over voice, you were guilty of a second offense of harassment, which results in a kick from the servers. Please wait for fivecraft and Arby's to provide their sides of the stories and evidence. Thank you.

Here is the story, It was on the map ISLAND, I was a detective, @greenhobo was KOSed By @DrBatman and since i was a detective, i followed that kos by the innocent in enforcing it so i called him out in chat and attempted to kill him, then in which i as killed by a traitor, but as it turned out the person who had kosed green was actually a traitor. After that round he PM'ed me Saying, "You Are Fucking Dumb" but in the report above he does not say what he actually says, as shown in screenshot #1 after that incident happened, i tried to explain to him that it was a kos by a traitor, shown in screenshot #2, as you see he just blew it off like i was trying to kill him or target him in which i was not, this whole situation was started by a kos from a traitor, that i was unaware of. I also messaged you to please stop, i did not want this whole thing to escalate, shown in screenshot #2 i was trying to just drop the whole thing but he pushed it and pushed it when i never harassed him.

Hello @greenhobo and thank you for filing this report and providing the evidence i asked you for and as for where i warned you i warned you like i do most others over voice which i informed you of via chat and the evidence against you as provided by @ArticDesigns is shown below

Insulting players is not permitted and as you can see they prior to your insult asked you to stop which you did not and I had informed you without your side of this his report of harassment would be valid and you refused to provide it wanting to know what the punishment was for second offense which is clearly shown along with our other punishments in the rules which is shown on the forums and the MOTD as shown below I acted on second offense based on evidence provided and lack of your evidence against them and as I am being reported as well I leave this to my admin @Ragman to place a verdict.

I asked you for what would happen and you would not tell me. You are making it seem like I knew u warned me when I asked you when you did it and you did not answer. Many questions that I asked you went unanswered. I had a reason to call him dumb, as he accused me of having a voice changer. The fact that this person did not remember this whole incident and claims that I called him dumb for KOSing me is absurd. If I am killed in a round it doesnt really matter that much to me.

The fact that you have no evidence and no one to corroborate your claim makes it seem like you were just picking on me because im not VIP. You treated me harshly and without justifiable reason. I am glad that you told me about the punishments NOW, but is not that too late? If you are before a judge he will tell you what you are going to prison for. I only asked the same thing of you, a judge.


I would also like to add that I get insulted by moderators and other players ALL the time, all far worse than this, and I dont waste my time reporting good people, and ruining others days.

 

I would also like to note that Arby is lying about who said stop first, he did not stop messaging me after I said that he should leave me alone. Yet even now with my evidence he says that i would not stop messaging him.


I also said that I did not want to get him in trouble to the moderator, and instead of me pulling the trigger, he did. And when he pulled the trigger, it killed my mood for the rest of the day.

 

I have stated the evidence above, no where in there does it show that I am lying.@Ragman @Fivecraft @Graze may we please close this report? The evidence has been stated, the mod from the server have shown what was done, and has proven to be invalid

 

You had not called me dumb for the voice changer,
You had called me "Fucking Dumb" because someone kosed you and I enforced that kos, now you are trying to depict that VIP's are treated better than anyone else, I had bought VIP because I just love playing on this server for the 900 some playtime hours I have, and I still and treated the same way I was when I was not VIP

As I stated I had warned you directly over voice which you chimmed back to and I never allow insulting of any nature when I am on nor do I give special treatment you refused to provide your side of the evidence until now in this report which at the time I had no choice but to go on what I had I asked you a total of 3 times before telling you it was your last chance to provide counter evidence a judge, as you put it, would not have given you 2 warnings for evidence I know this as I have been before them myself they only give you 1 chance then pass judgement. I am very patient when it comes to something like this but, your blatant refusal by beating around the bush left me little options to be patient with you and I acted and as I said all punishments for these kind of incidents are in the MOTD which comes onto your screen when you join or change maps thus you agree to these as soon as you click close as such I acted on what was provided and what you refused to provide given multiple chances.

Due to the fact that you seemed to refuse to provide any evidence to fivecrft when he asked for it, I have to find this report INVALID.

It seems like this whole situation could have been avoided had you provided he evidence that five asked for. Based on the situation five acted exactly as he should have done as a moderator and acted upon the evidence he had.

He also followed protocol by warning you (then informing you of your warning) before kicking you. It clearly states in the !MOTD, the rules section of the forums and the loading screen of the server the protocol for punishing harassment, which is a warning, then a kick and then a ban.

I'm sorry this situation has upset you, but I hope that It urges you to post consequent evidence in the future. Should you wish to discuss this further then please message me here on the forums.
