Reducing Vanilla M16 Delay

The delay between each shot of the vanilla M16 is far lower compared to the modded version. Here's two videos showcasing the delay

It's a bad gun already but atleast make it usable to the average player.

P.S. for the 1000th time, the modded M16 model is crap

 

The damage on the vanilla M16 also has a higher damage per shot, so it's fine; get better at aiming.

 

I think the vanilla players are generally worse, so having a faster fire rate gun and lowered damage would probably just make people happier.
(no offense please, but its an assumption)

 

Make the M16 consistent across all servers.

Considering how dominate the AK47 is, I wouldn't complain if the M16 got a small buff in fire rate.
