It states that I RDMd and left. I do not recall RDMing before the leaving the server. It may have some faulty ban, I have no idea. If I did RDM and leave, and I dont remember it, then It was probably a mistake and I had to leave the server for IRL reasons.​

Thank you for making this appeal, the reason I banned you for RDM+Leave was because you killed someone 6 seconds after that person killed a T. When you were reported you stated this:

When someone makes a report the victim usually wants the person who killed them slayn or at least know if the kill was valid, here in STTT we are very serious on what happened when someone reports a player. Since, you admitted guilt by stating "I reacted to quickly" and were over the 5 second grace period from the kill I deemed it valid for the victim and issued a slay on you.
This one was very tricky because if you would have told me that you shot him for shooting someone I would have not issued a slay on you because of its small time frame, but since you admitted guilt I had to follow protocol.

Since it was your first RDM+Leave and it was under special circumstances I will be glad to void and unban you before the 27th. You can pm me through the forums or add me on steam to coordinate your slay.

 

@Mistlebane Players have killed other players just for being close to an unided body.
The fact that Rebel witnessed Xelaco shoot/kill a player is one traitorous act, but Xelaco not iding the body is another.

Its fine to react quickly under justifiable means. Players do this all the time, the moment they see player A kill/damage player B, it would most likely result in player A's death. This could be applied to any traitorous act. Sure, some players do give the benefit of the doubt, but for those cautious players who fear for their own life, they take action. The 5 second grace period does not factor into this since the body was never ided. Even if the body were to be ided, say at 37 seconds just exactly when Xelaco died, Rebel was already shooting 41 seconds, so it still wouldn't be RDM.

@Rebel saw Xelaco kill another player and chose to kill him rather than wait for him to ID the body. A traitorous act was committed, and he chose to take action immediately rather than wait; I'm assuming this is why he admits to acting too quickly.

I apologize, a slay should have not been issued in the first place, so I am going to remove and void the ban.
