I have no idea what I did? I just left the server to dinner and I just got banned. I don't RDM, this was my first offense.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I don't know.. ask drunk, LionDoge, or the admins. I haven't RDM'd anyone and left.. I've been playing on the server for 3-4 days and I really like it. I wouldn't jeopardize the server.​

 

Heya @ReaperOfDeath, hope you're having a great day. Firstly, your steam ID is STEAM_0:1:32522168, and you were banned by @MetallicPie for RDM & Leave first offense. He'll respond at his earliest convenience.

 

I remember that u you were slain for RDM, and you left, i will try to find the person u killed. Also i was with @Zigles13

 

I remeber I was reported for RDM by DuckKong, but that was literally 3 rounds ago. He said it was okay. He threw a grenade, (which I didn't know at the time was a smoke) towards the sky and I shot him, because that is considered traitorous. I killed myself afterwards when he was innocent using the kill command in the console, then again the next round. He said it was okay, and that it didn't matter but the RDM report still remained. If you check the logs I did say, "alright, bye guys" before leaving the server. I don't recall any other RDM reports and I've always justified them.

If you ask around I've been playing on the server for a few days - why would i RDM and jeopardize my fun playing on this server now? I understand it looks suspicious but... I don't know how else to prove it. I will accept a slay on the server if that's what is required.

I believe @Duckkong could potentially give his input.

However, that doesn't mean that the moderators that were on when you RDM'd could waive the punishment. As moderators, we should never us discretion, which is allowed at a higher level, when dealing with simple cases such as a simple RDM. So, in the end, regardless of if you were forgiven by Duckkong, it was still RDM; accidental RDM is still RDM.

Fun Fact: The only time that moderators are allowed to waive a slay for RDM is when a player Goomba stomps another player. If the stomped player forgives the stomper, then there will be no slay issued. '

I believe your confusion may stem from the fact that it took a couple rounds to get you slain. However, since I was a T mod, I was taking more time as I was still learning the logs and everything.

However, I believe if you are willing to come on and take a slay, @MetallicPie would be happy to unban you. I cannot as I was not the staff member who issued the ban.
