    I NEED CLARIFICATION.
Situation: Three people left, one is a T, but is unknown. You go to test them, you know you are innocent, and you test one of the other two. He comes up innocent, so you shoot the remaining guy, because there is no chance it is anybody else. Is this RDM?

When you say three people, I'll assume you know for sure that everyone is dead and accounted for. Since there is only 3 players, 1 is tested inno, and you are inno by default (if true), then no, in this case it would not be RDM as this is process of elimination.

Okay someone said that it is killing on suspicious and process of elimination isn't allowed on these servers and I was like wuuut

And yes, we were 100% the last three alive, only three on the living list, no unID bodies or anything

Not RDM if you tested them on a map that doesn't have an option for Traitors to change the results of the tester. You used logic and we encourage that sort of tactic. Granted not every situation is applicable in terms of logical grounds, but there are some that are undeniably a "duh" situation.

    You did fine. :)

Well, it's a bit of a slippery slope sometimes with these kinds of situations. I try my best to avoid this and just run away (unless of course a D had radar and we know 100% there is no one else).

If everyone is confirmed dead and there are three if you left when you test the other person, it would not be RDM if you kill the only other person not tested.
