Why you should be unbanned:

The ban I am currently appealing is my global "Intentional Mass RDM" ban by CDriscroll. I understand what lead to my ban being globalized. I prop killed three people at one time with one prop. Did I intend to kill three people at once? No. Should I have been throwing props around to begin with? No. I had gotten off a previous ban for mass rdm a week and a half before. Did that previous ban influence this one? Absolutely. Should I have been much more careful knowing all of that? Yes. I accept full responsibility on all those ends. In the three reports against me leading up to my ban, I answered "Just ban me." I answered that way because the mod on at the time, Mr. Rodgers, had already forced himself into spectator mode. I assumed he was already typing the command to ban me. Since I thought I was getting banned anyway, I didn't make a normal response to my report. I also knew that any response would lead to me being banned anyway as there is no justifiable reason to prop kill the way I did.
As a player, 95% of the time I don't purposefully go around and shoot at people for no reason whatsoever. I might T-bait other players, but that is only to force reaction to see if they are indeed a T. I almost never shoot at anyone without a clear purpose in mind. Having an "Intentional Mass RDM" ban on my record suggests otherwise. Without knowing the situation at hand, it could be assumed that I just shoot up the server without reason. That is not the case. It is an isolated three man collateral prop kill that I was never going for. I understand that accidental rdm is still rdm, but who honestly goes for collateral kills when prop killing?​

Evidence of Innocence:

The only thing I can really say is that I would have never been banned if that prop had only killed one person. It's the three man collateral that lead to my ban.

@Mr. Rogers will supply his proof for why you were banned, as he is the moderator who asked me to extend/globalize your ban.

 

The situation is just as you described, You propkilled 3 individuals and replied "just ban me" to every one of the reports as seen here. Replies such as this one are never good to put in a report response, as they are often determined to be of toxic nature.

I'm not too sure if I believe this wasn't intentional, as you seemed pretty proud of it when you were speaking in dead chat, saying something along the lines of "I guess it was worth it." I'll say right now I do not have a recording of you saying so, but this along with your report responses made me label this as intentional. Your history of Mass RDM didn't exactly help you out in this case either. However, I do admire you writing up the appeal in this manner. I wouldn't be opposed to a change in the initial verdict

That being said, it's up to CDriscoll to decide what to do with your ban, but I will say this: if he reduces / accepts this appeal and you are found to acquire another Mass RDM ban shortly after this, I'll request another global ban be issued, for possibly longer.

Honesty and sincerity go a long way wherever you are in life, and we're no exception. With your explanations, though you have a history, you've handled the situation well, and I see no reason to keep you banned.

If anything such as this arises again, I'm not sure that honesty or sincerity will help, and the ban will most likely be lengthier. Don't allow this to happen again.
