Why you should be unbanned:

Improper handling of the situation. I was warned twice, (no kick) upon 3rd offense I should have been banned 24 hours, but instead ant bans me for 6 days. (1 day over what is called for on 4th offense.) Although i understand its under admins discretion, i believe this situation was handled improperly, and my ban should be moved down to 24 hours.

I banned you for Harrassment 4th, because after being warned twice, you then harrassed not only me, but the person who reported you before i could ban you for your 3rd harrassment.

Granted i should have kicked you at the 2nd warning, I had just jumped onto the server and was dealing with RDM with no staff online, which is why I only warned you; It was too lenient on my part. You have quite a temper and lashed out at me and your reporter even when I had removed the slay wrongfully put on you. I will let my admin, @Toxin , view this before I/we make a final decision.

 

While I am not @Toxin, I feel that I should give a recommendation that this appeal be denied. You knew what you were getting yourselves into when you harassed not only the staff member helping you, but other players on the server. @ant. handled the situation correctly.

You are banned for 5 days, not 6. Look your facts up next time before claiming abuse.
