Trial mod is the mod training program. They can see reports/damagelogs/admin chat, but they have no actual power to slay/kick/ban. Mods are the basic police of the servers. They have what they need to do their job. They can slay, bring, kick, and issue bans for up to 8 weeks. Admins have more advanced commands, can ban for up to 26 weeks, and can give global bans. Admins are also responsible for picking mods. Lead admins are the ones who pick admins, and they have no limit on ban times.
