I didnt rdm Sir Lemoncakes but only shot him cause i taught i saw him hanging corpse but then he didnt after that he shot me and told RhazhBash to slay me and gave no reason and lemon left after he died​

I slayed you when @Sir Lemoncakes asked me to. You shot him because you thought you saw him hang a body, however because he did not you shot him on suspicion. If you read the MOTD (http://www.seriousttt.com/rules/), there are clarifications for RDM. Even though you did not kill lemon, you still did unreasonable damage to him, so you were slain for it. You left during your slay, so I banned you for RDM and leave. I will let lemon post in here before my final verdict on this appeal, however you are free to play on our other 4 servers while you wait out your ban.

If you are slain for RDM you have to stay the entire round. You were slain then left before the round ended. It is considered RDM and leave to leave the server before the round is over if you are slain.

 

aight but why 14 days there are people who got less than 14 days after they rdm and leave

 

This was your second offense of RDM and leave. A first offense would only give 5 days, however since you have RDMed and left in the past your ban is 14 days.

While I do not see this ban appeal getting fully accepted, it is possible that you can get your ban reduced to 5 days, as your first offense was a while ago. However, that is up to Sir Lemoncakes so I make no guarantees.

 

Go ahead and reduce it to five days. He stopped attacking me before killing and it seemed like it actually may have just been an itchy trigger finger.
