I'm going to go ahead and assume I was banned for this situation in which I got flat-out RDM'd:

when there were no mods on, and I never saw any punishment for it until Humancowcakes came on and slayed him, removed the slay, and re-added the slay. Except that wasn't for my report. I sent the link to Noctorious, in which he confirmed it was for my report. So I don't think anything was ever done about the situation and I didn't find the outcome fair and justified, considering how much he had been RDMing when there were no mods on.

Next map was Nuketown, I swore I heard him called out on a round where he killed Maro Lupus, so I killed him for that. I later became unsure about the callout because I looked at the player list and saw that "BULLYHUNTER-86" or something was in the server, so it's possible the callout was for him? I'm not sure what I heard but I knew he killed @Maro Lupus that round. I do not have my perspective of this.

I'll also mention that bull was RDMing and going out of his way to target me every round, but nothing will be done about that since I wasn't able to gather any proof before being banned.​

Me PMing you in regards to why he only got the 1 slay rather than a ban, his response for the other kills could not have been looked into further (than what they were i.e. tbaiting) as I had no access to the shot logs or deathscenes (I joined 12 seconds or so prior to the map switching, round just ended and map vote popped up)

It never actually notified me that the report had been handled on my end, hence why I continued pressing the issue.

So a room full of people moving and he gets in my way trying to kill the inno behind him? I'm not sure what there is to be determined from that besides he literally got in my way.

 

Hello, I have seen this and am formulating a full response. This will involve video from 12/08/2019 that I have to convert from demo to Youtube. This will take some time due to my low upload speed.

 

You can see in the deathscene that he wasn't moving at all when you started shooting, I can get full speed tomorrow after work if necessary, but it should not be.

 

If you think that a deathscene in 2019 is adequate evidence on a server where the average ping of a player is around 100, I feel sorry for you. And I wish I had my perspective because on my screen he had not yet moved backwards into my line of sight in which I intended to kill the person behind him. Immediately after I cursed myself for him stepping there because I knew he would complain about it.

 

I did not have your perspective, nor did you argue the slay. The deathscene shows him standing still, then you shooting him. I will be grabbing more POVs & speeds tomorrow after work.

I used what I had on hand to determine it was slayable, and gave a slay for it.

 

Hello, you were banned for loop-holing.

This is due to at least 2 instances of loop-holing the first of which happened on 12/08 where a player had RDM'd you the previous round and despite that I had added a slay to him at the start of the next round, you took it upon yourself to RDM him in revenge and then claim that he was kos'd in voice chat. I went back through my demo during the next map to check if there had been a kos in voice chat because you have a reputation of revenge RDMing.

After I took much effort of going back and confirming that there in fact had not been any sort of KOS on him, I told my admin @Jabba the Jolly Slut of the situation and he advised me to issue you a warning for loopholing.

The second instance (In Time Of Occurrence) of potential loop-holing is shown by @Humancowcakes ❀ above, but it was not actually a factor in your ban when I requested it. It is additional evidence brought after I asked for admin discretion for a loophole ban.

The third instance of Loophole came when you were reported again by someone who had rdm'd you previously and you again said that they were kos'd in chat. They provided evidence that again there was no KOS in voice chat.

Because of how often you tend to revenge RDM, and that you have been caught loopholing before, I did not and do not believe you simply misheard a kos. You often show anger and lash out against the staff team if a report you make takes longer than 1 round to complete, and then proceed to take matters into your own hands. As shown in the first example, even when the report has already been dealt with and the player will receive punishment, you still take it upon yourself to take revenge upon them. While that alone deserved an extra slay back in my day, then proceeding to use the limitations of the rules and damagelogs to try to get around your punishment is unacceptable behavior. I hope you take this week break to reflect upon how letting your anger and frustration control how you act on the servers has given you a reputation bad enough where it's pretty much expected that if you've been rdm'd that you're going to revenge rdm, and that it is now hard to believe that you've made an honest mistake. I do sincerely hope that when you come back you come back with a fresh face, a better attitude towards staff, other players, the community, and yourself. I hope you can be more empathetic, understanding and patient. You're not a bad person to play with most of the time, if you could get your anger under control and use that energy more positively I think you could be one of the great regulars in the community.

I am going to be denying this appeal to give you a week to reflect. I will be locking this thread but I will request that my admin review the evidence and lift the ban if he feels that my evidence was not sufficient, or provide his own commentary if he wishes.
