Why you should be unbanned:

Well, I actually don't know why I was banned, probably for shooting someone (by accident) and then leaving to play a different game, which would be RDM and leave.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I do not know the story of why I was banned, if the member of staff who banned me were to be so kind as to post the damage logs, victim of RDM, the time of such banning (if you remember), and the report filed against me, that would be great as I would then be able to answer to my report.

I know most of this is probably hard to accomplish, but since I don't know why I was banned, filling me in on most of the details would be a good start as to my appeal.​

Hello R3sh! Good to see you! Hope your day is going well so far mate.

Now to your ban!
Here is what happened.
I was staffing with @kwasaznik, training him on vanilla. I get on and he said you had just RDMed and left.
So as per protocol, I banned you for RDM and Leave -1st offense.

I found that super surprising since you are actually a pretty good player who abides by the rules.
However, after looking at this report

It looks like you straight up RDMed explay.nuke and left without responding to his report.
If you could give some clarification as to why you did this that would be fantastic. You have 24 hours to respond with your reasoning or this will be denied and locked.

 

Ah, this.

He went into the T tester on the map B5, and as you know, it can be T trapped to make the person seem traitor with a red light.
This happened and when I tried to open the door and close it, which seems like a surefire way to make sure the guy is 100% inno, he just walked out and even though I said multiple times in chat, "Get back in the T tester the light was red.", he wouldn't listen. As such, I thought, "He's either not listening to me, or is a T." and after a 15 second debate in my head, I said to myself, "He might be inno, but since he isn't re-testing I have to kill him." and that was why I decided to shoot, and kill him.

If this doesn't seem like a valid reason for me to kill the guy, then I will continue to hold my ban and wait for this event to die out.

 

Also I was waiting for about 1 minute for him to report me but that didn't happen, so I left.

 

Ah I understand! Totally reasonable kill then.

Next time please just ask Kwas or whatever staff member is online if you are good to go next time!

I will gladly unban you, just be more careful in the future, so you don't have to miss playing on our servers!
