Just a quick question here.... If someone is holding an explosive barrel and you at them but in the case end up hitting the barrel and it ends up killing people..... is that in case you fault?
That will indeed be seen as you RDMing people as there was no reason to kill anyone else than the guy holding the barrel. Be careful about that, if you are unlucky you might find yourself killing 3+ people and getting banned for mass RDM
If someone brings an explosive barrel into a group and the barrel is shot resulting in inno deaths, the player who brought the barrel into the group is the person who will be held responsible.
Really? Then I stand corrected. The situation has not yet come up during my time of moderating the server.
Person is allowed to shoot it as the person carrying is performing a traitorous act, but it's hard to know who's carrying it accurately. The inno is essentially jihad'ing.
That is how I saw it pretty much, as you probably will bring a couple of innos and/or traitors down who did nothing to deserve execution.
If you are an inno please do not use this as a free pass to blow up a barrel another player is holding in a group of people. You will be slain as well.
I got banned for 5 days because I tried to kill a player who was approaching me with an explosive barrel but instead of shooting at the player I accidentally shot at barrel killing 5 innocents.
That's something that I really couldn't tell if you intentionally shot the barrel or were trying to kill the player. I'm even sure I checked the shot log to see if you fired more than one shot before hitting the barrel, and I don't think you did. You didn't even shoot the guy holding the barrel before shooting it
I tried to headshot him but he was moving the barrel and moving so i failed and accidentally shot the explosive barrel
