Telling live players ANYTHING that relates to the game is ghosting, even if you're lieing, the living player may become more prone to RDM the innocent due to your information.

Yes, because you're saying something to alter the outcome of the game. The only exception is, when I asked @Highwon about it, if the last few players are delaying and it's been awhile, staff only may message the traitor to buy a radar.
