Why you should be unbanned:

Not sure why I was banned, and not sure when Something weird will be back or if he'll accept my friend request. I was banned yesterday but didn't know until about 5 minutes ago​

Evidence of Innocence:

I've never RDMed and left intentionally, and if there is a mod online I usually ask if I'm cool to go, which leads me to believe either (1.) I RDMed and there was no staff online and left before a mod got on (which would be RDM without Staff, and is a couple hours, not 5 days), (2.) got disconnected while I was out (I was out from 12-4 PM (GMT -6) yesterday AFKing on the server), or I was slain on the last round of a map and the next map was clue (which I do not have downloaded). I may have tabbed out while serving my slay and closed the GMod window forgetting I had a slay on me

Hopefully @Something weird can confirm one of these theories​

You can see the first grenade came from the stairs and the second from the street. While they were behind the wall

Ill give you 24hrs to give me a response on why you threw the nades, since you left before I could ask you.

 

1. Firstly, I didn't leave the server. As I said above, I do not have Clue downloaded, therefore I could not have followed onto the next map until at least another 6 rounds
2. Again, as stated above, I was at a friends grad party from 12-4 GMT -6, when I came back it gave me this:

3. As for the video, at 1:14 you can see me jumping from the stairs (on the right-hand side) to throw the grenade, so I begin to throw them from the ground. At this point I knew Xproplayer and Whodini were both up there
4. As for why: Xpro switches to the harpoon he bought at 0:56, and this is where he fucked up, because at this point he was not fully covered by the one-way prop and I could see its dull end from the stairs
5. As well, he throws a Death Station down at 0:54 at the same location he pulled out the harpoon
6. I throw the grenade at 1:14; minus the commentary, it gives me ~7 seconds to throw it
7. I call out Whodini for being by a Death Station (that I heard blew up) because either him or Xpro had to have thrown it down, and for GBA with Xpro for not killing when he had the harpoon out


Final words: At most, it was a single case of RDM which was blown out of proportion due to lack of perspective and a bunch of shitty coincidences. For starters, the grad party I went to was right after this shit happened, and I didn't see any report on me after I had died (and at this point, I'm not sure if I had left for the party). Hell, you can ask my brother, dad or whoever else you need to confirm this alibi; I would never without very good reason leave during a slay or supposed RDM. @Falcor can confirm that I do not have Clue. Nobody knows when or even if a report was made on me during the game (including Xpro and Something weird). From what I gathered from Xpro and Something weird, I went AFK directly after the round, presumably to my party, and this would explain the lack of response. Since I didn't respond for before the round changed to Clue, Something weird slayed me, and I could not go into the next server, and I was then banned for RDM and Leave after Xpro and Whodini approached him about it. I had no idea what I did that round was RDM because no reports were filed against me that round, so I assumed I was okay to go AFK.

What I'd like: For the ban to be lifted and voided. I can take a slay or two if you believe it to be necessary. I'll also download the new version of Clue so this never happens again. I just don't see why I should be banned and the ban shouldn't be voided if I couldn't do anything different to prevent it.
I just hope yall would see this was an unfortunate string of events. Most mods/admins know I would never leave during a slay or avoid replying to a report.

The video shows that you were on the stairs when you supposedly saw me holding the harpoon this is the angle you would have been at http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=693658003 while i was standing here https://gyazo.com/2d5b9302e906201209d94868c7cc36eb which you can see is when i pulled out the harpoon given it is sitll mid animation, and you say that no one is sure when the report was filed, I filed it as soon as something weird got on, given that I died by myself I couldn't report you, I had to check the damagelogs. I believe this is a case of python attempting to loophole and make stories up to get out of a slay, just today python showed what kind of player he is in this video: directly rdming me for no reason what so ever, just because he was mad, in my opinion this is loopholing given that he knew that if he directy rdmed me the only punishment he would face is 1 slay.


*edit* also reading number 7, GBA for being near a death station lol how can that even be gba, thwhodini could have been inncoent and the death station nearly blew him up when you were kosing on location by throwing nades.

 

1. Video has nothing to do with this appeal, just an Ad Hominem for whatever reasons Xpro has to attack me. I also called an admin on to serve that slay
2. I'm not loopholing. I could give you every last detail about the grad party. And I don't have Clue, as proved by the screenshot. I ain't lying, fam.
3. Read the entirety of #7 please and thank you. I didn't say GBA for being near a Death Station whatsoever. Stop putting words in my mouth.

 

So after testing in garry's mod on this map. with two different harpoon spots, I used the spots according to your position and you werent hugging the wall at this pont, and I also used the support lookin thing on the wall next to the train tracks to position the harpoon.
