Talked to @Kyogre about this in Teamspeak and he recommend I appeal

The first instance was in Community bowling, rounds 2 or 3 (this connects to my valid report
Dean and Tups were with me in front of the bathroom entrances, and I was certain nobody else was near us, so it was just us 3. Tups keeps me occupied while Dean slips into the bathroom, equips a disguiser, and comes back to begin shooting me, within a second or two. I knew for certain it was Dean and KOS him (see Common Sense in extended rules). I was slain for 2 rounds (because I RDMed the last map)

The next map, innocent motel, about 3 rounds in, Dean pulls the same deal. However, this time there could have been some possibility another person with a disguiser could have came around the same corner he just went from with his exact skin and started shooting. But of course, because it seemed obvious to me, I KOS him again. This time, banned for a day. I can see how this is killing on suspicion (although it's a shitty way to play in all honesty, and felt he was just doing it to target me, just speculation though)

However, the first instance in Bowling I was certain it was him as I knew there was nobody in the bathroom with him at the time.​

Hey @Python I banned you because of your 3rd offense of RDM. In both slays you RDM'd based on suspicion and previously you have KOS'd me based on my playermodel. In Community Bowling you KOS'd Dean even with his disguise on, yes even though he came from the bathroom disguised when he was previously undisguised when he entered, there could've been a player that you missed in there, a player that teleported there from the T room, etc. The final slay which caused you to be banned was because you killed on suspicion as well.

I will tag my admin @Zigles to see what he feels about this ban.
As of now my verdict stays the same.

 

Earlier today I didn't KOS you on your skin, just for the record. You were disguised in the T room, but I never explicitly said to KOS you, hence why nobody did

Also, when do slays stop stacking from maps? After 4 rotations? 5? I was banned for RDM x3, but that was over the course of 3 maps, and each case of "RDM" was different from the last

 

After consideration I have decided to lift the ban but not void it. Your ban has been lifted. Appeal Approved. Thread Locked.
