Confusing situation here, you were apparently issued a ban for 4th offense of RDM prior to this, so I actually should've given you fifth. On top of that, the previous 4th offense ban was given by @Smash and globalized by @Nena so I feel they should have some say here. I don't think the result will be much different either way, given your negative history.
