While the elections aren't for a while, I'm interested in who the community would like to see get elected.
I'm curious as to why people are voting for who they are voting for, I have no bias really towards any candidates. I'm not a fan of Bernies tax plan or trumps immigration policies though. those for them could you please explain to me why you are voting for them and the policies of theirs that you like? Super curious
Sanders attracts a lot of the younger crowd with certain policies of his, and even the ones under 18 that can't even vote yet which I find interesting. Seeing as this community is for the most part comprised of young people around 14-22, the votes here are obviously skewed more towards him. Trump is like a breath of fresh air for some people in what they perceive as corrupted politics. He isn't afraid to say something in front of the media because he isn't funded by interest groups or lobbyists.
What has been said of Bernie already is why I like him. (1st) Hilary can't be trusted. If she could be, she'd be a solid 2nd place on my list. (~2nd) Trump's a fucking idiot who can speak his mind. (5th) Who the fuck is Kasich? (3rd Better than Trump or Cruz still) Ted Cruz is no better than Trump. (4th)
