this admin who banned me should be demoted... i literally got banned because of my profile pic is considered porn.... if you look at my profile pic its just a fat kid shirtless.​

You were banned by @Killamarshall for refusing to change your profile pic when he asked you to change it. He will respond at his earliest convenience.

If a staff member asks you to change your pic, then you should change it. Just a future note.

but the only reason why he caught attention to my picture is becuase someone called a false report "thehyperbird" telling the admin about my picture. im really in favor of demoting this admin for staff abuse

 

Usually if a staff member asks you to change your avatar, there is most likely a reason.

Also, it wouldn't be abuse if you refused to change your picture.

However, we will Killa give his input to the situation.

 

your picture was found disturbing and offensive by 2 players not just hyper and when i looked i agreed, i kicked you and asked you to change it and you came back and messaged me "you really kicked me for that you retard?" so i banned you for refusing to change your picture after i asked you to.

 

A shirtless fat kid isn't porn or gore, so my first instinct is to say the profile picture is fine. However I need to see the profile picture before I make a solid opinion.

 

the "shirtless fat kid" had no pants on either.. he looks completely naked.

 

It's not that he has "no pants on." It's a shirtless boy photoshoped onto two fingers.

That picture is completely fine.

 

As much I want to punch you in the face for having that as a profile picture, but an unbiased ruling would say that picture is allowed.

 

Generally these picture bans are up to discretion, but i will have someone unban you. I would personally appreciate it if you would change it. even though i think the ban is up by now..
