POP STAR ghosting ban?

Me and my friend, Master Splinter, agreed to a crowbar fight in the Facebook messenger app. During the fight Master Splinter pulled out his deagle and proceeded to shoot me in the face. After he shot me in the face we were both banned with the punishments of ghosting(which we were not doing. I personally think it takes the fun out of the game). We are currently banned for twenty-eight days. Please un-ban me and my friend. I understand that crowbar fighting is against server rules BUT we were not ghosting. Me and my friend think this is unfair.

 

Ghosting
Using third party chat to inform player of in-game events they are not yet aware of.
This includes using in-game private chat, admin chat, steam chat, Skype, TeamSpeak, etc.
This includes giving away information about yourself.
Using public chat, team chat and spectator chat will ensure you aren't ghosting. Any other forms of communication could result in inadvertently ghosting and we will enforce it.

What you did was, in fact, ghosting. There was no way that any other player would have known that you two were going to crowbar fight, which is against the rules anyway, and you were banned accordingly. I let will POP STAR reply, but in my opinion, this ban was justified.

I slayed the both of you for what I saw in the logs to be Crowbar fighting (which is already against our !motd.)
You than proceeded to message me this regarding those slays:


As my Admin, MangoTango, has previously stated; what the both of you were using and doing was ghosting, and it called for proper and adequate punishment.

Your ban will be not be lifted regarding Ghosting "boo, spooky!"
