I haven't done such thing as ghosting unless explained.
i'm a regular and on Vanilla (the only Serious TTT server i play) everyone knows i follow all the rules, i haven't get any complains other than usual guests, now.
prolly got banned from telling a spectator i didn't blocked him from the t room, you see, i killed him for being there and he turns out a t so he started complaining, but that's the only issue i find in this session (when this particular mod got on)
