Peralta called out a kos on phoenix. phoenix started firing his jackhammer on all 3 other traitors for no reason.

All i know is once a kos is called, the person who is kosed can kill/damage only if the person damages him.

I'm also quite surprised that Pop star was there, but he say that he is not going to slay phoenix because i had my T wep out (at that point of time i was holding my M16)

 

I find this ridiculous because 3 of my T buddy does not have T weapon out and they got killed for just because Phoenix *THOUGHT* he was the last innocent.

 

@Phoenix Nelson will respond to this trial.

However, you bringing this to forums obviously means you did not trust my judgement. Phoenix Nelson claimed you had a T-weapon out(something the logs cannot disprove 100%) and that he killed your T-buddies who entered here-after were killed for Guilty by Association because none of them fired at you.

Here are the logs persisting to this situation:


As you can see it starts with Nelson killing Mandy and NeverEnding following up on it. They were killed under the claim that they both had T Weapons out. Shortly after, Nelson kills HydraZProductions for not shooting at NeverEnding. You can see that it is an obvious 10 seconds before Nelson shoots HydraZ for this. Nelson killed Peralta shortly after for having his MP7 out as well.

I will not lock and finalize this report myself to avoid bias.

@NeverEnding you need to understand that we don't let RDM go kindly. In this situation, I deemed it not RDM because of how chaotic it was and It could have been perceived another way very easily. We also had a staff member watch the whole situation and vouch that Phoenix Nelson was in the right.

Pop star. please look at the timeframe, peralta Entered the room with a MP7 RIGHT AFTER 3 of us got murdered for no reason.

Peralta was the one who called the kos, not saying that phoenix is the last INno, Phoenix himself assume he was the last inno and just start the rampage on whoever walked in.

 

NeverEnding, you're assuming we can disprove that you and your T-buddies had a T weapon out or not. I made sure that it was possible for all of you to even be having a Traitor weapon in the first place, so I checked what every Traitor bought that round. Peralta picked up yours and i have my own set. That mean's hydra and mandy does not have any T wep in their hand.

 

You're making no sense. What I'm saying is that three of you died because of a T-weapon and one of you died for guilt by association, so that would mean only 3 T weapons are required. And there was obviously 4 in existence, so I don't see the discrepancy.

 

Remember NeverEnding, in cases where conflicts become word against word, we will usually avoid handing out punishment unless the perp has a record of previous similar offenses.

We're not saying you're right or Nelson is right, but since we can't definitively prove it either way, we cannot hand out slays for it.

 

And because this situation is word vs word, unless you have video proof of there being no traitor weapon out, nothing should be done by the staff.

 

They are both right. Please drop your pursuit in punishing Phoenix Nelson, NeverEnding.

First of all, IT'S A WORD VS WORD, that's what the admin/mod says, the true evidence is between both of our eyes, and since we can't sync it. it's pointless. DO not speak to me about not trusting the admin judgement, because I do not trust admin judgement because They themselvf only got the logs to look on and not the main concrete evidence.

Since i do not have the concrete evidence, i cannot do anything much aswell. what do you want me to do.
