Why you should be unbanned:

I was banned for having a "Pornographic spray", yet I was given at no point any indication of what was wrong with the spray; I had already DM'ed the current mod on duty (Frost) to have me know exactly what I should look for when posting a spray of my fursona, as I personally saw nothing intrinsically wrong with the one I was posting.

To quote from the extended rules:

1. Porn is any image/video depicting sexual activity, nudity, sex toys/objects, or sexual substances.
2. Gore is any image/video that depicts Blood, cut body parts, people/creatures being injured, bodies/corpses, and similar things.
3. Disturbing content is content that is graphic or unsettling, this includes content that sexualizes animals.
4. Disclaimer: Up to the interpretation of the staff member issuing the ban.​

I'd like to additionally request that if this appeal is voided, that I at least get some more in-depth information on where this extremely subjective line is drawn; as far as my digging goes, this is the only thing I've gotten regarding reason (From Jabba's post on 4/20)

The idea behind this is that these images promote bestiality/animal abuse.

The spray I posted had a Kitsune's belly as its main point of focus, with its nine tails sprouting towards the back, for clarification. The picture was drawn by Nom-Symphony, who doesn't make NSFW drawings. I'd post their gallery but I'd probably get in more trouble. If asked for it I can provide.​

I'm also gonna chime on this later as you were warned by me with your first spray, and also told no on the second.

I'm gonna grab my screen caps and post them here, it'll ultimately be up to Ryan in the end.

 

So to begin, please don't lie. You were informed not to spray your spray but went with it anyway after being told not to use it. You PM'd me in game asking about the specific spray you were banned for was allowed and I told you know. We did not hold a discussion on what's allowed, you asked where in the Extended rules it's not allowed, and in the Lead Admin Update thread as well.


Your first spray; contents were found disturbing by a few players, and I removed it and you asked who removed it, and I proceeded to inform you it was deemed disturbing.

I had also checked with two admins online about the spray, both said no, and were equally as disturbed.
This photo hints at sexual activity, we all know what is going on. You can slightly see the tip of a phallic genital, which is not allowed.

You have an extended history with these sprays, and you were told over, and over again not to spray them. This is your second ban for inappropriate sprays.

The rest will be shown to Ryan as this was all just a precursor to your ban.
