Thank you for being patient and i apologize for how long it took.

You were reported by a fellow T buddy because you threw a frag grenade and did not warn about it. Therefore i put a slay on you. You then proceeded to leave during your slay which concluded with the ban. I have a screenshot of both the valid report and the instance of you leaving with the slay on you. You were in no way AFK as proven by your actions during the round and your response to the report.
