omg this is not fair i was playing a T and i single handedly killed off a full team of inno
and right after that match some people started hatingn they even slayed me when it showed the terrorist win window half of the admins were cool the other were jelly

and they banned me over a porn picture which is not true its my account picture and its not porn its a model showing her back you can find it in a none adult magazine


i want to be unbanned now because thats bull and false ban

Now, I can't find a definite forum/written page about Porn sprays, but I can pull up cases of how we've dealt with them before to help you understand.

As you can see by what one of our Lead Admin's has said, If you cannot see the private area then it's fine. Your steam profile picture, however, is obviously very revealing and does in fact expose one of the female's private parts. Arguing that it "isn't a private part" is absurd and will only make you look foolish.

Zikeji, one of our Admins, has expressed that we aren't supposed to, and do not, punish based on personal biases. This is evident in the fact that other players in the game with you also had a problem with it (based on what you told us in the appeal.)

Bob Dolan will respond at his earliest convince, but please think again before having such a picture to represent you.

i didnt know that was a problem none of th eother games find a problem with it but i removed it now unban me this is unfair

 

As many of the fellow staff has explained, it is indeed a nude pic. I followed the protocol of warn, kick, then ban. I may be able to understand if you changed it, but you were also harassing a fellow staff member, Fever. That being said your ban shall stay.

When I said literal, I meant by definition. And by definition, anything that can arouse you is porn. Doesn't matter if there's a private area shown, if it's suggestive enough to arouse it's technically porn.

Highwon should settle in a definite definition.

 

It is to my knowledge that as long as it is not showing private parts or sex toys, then it is fine.

 

Lookup the definition.

 

Your ban has been extended from 5 days to 7 days and made global due to the fact that you went on another server and continued to use the porn picture / spray.

 

Actually, the spray/profile picture can be as revealing as it can be (for non staffs) as long it doesn't show the private areas.
