Today I've conducted a quick search trying to determine what is deemed a "Shitpost" which, according to some people, should be deleted and warned. This in itself is a research thread to look at the varying threads throughout the "Off-topic" portion of the forums and if we can conclude the criteria needed to get a "Shitpost" deleted and what is needed to prevent it from being deleted but still in the realm of "Shitpost". The following are a few "Shitposts" that I've found that need more analysis. Intelligent questions such as "Why is this not deleted?" "How did this survive for so long?" "Is there an unbiased opinion that has kept this post here?" "Who posted it?" "How many staff have posted in said "Shitpost"?" Now 2 of these threads are very recent, One is talking about staff and minors, the other is about the oppression of highwon, both are obvious shitposts but are kept up. Please help this research by contributing your own thoughts and decryptions of these mysterious threads and any other information you can provide, such as other threads, catchphrases, keywords, etc, that you find. Hmm will note this one down for more studying needed. What about the threads that don't even last 2 seconds before getting deleted like the one currently with an active report? Note to self; test to see the time threshold on making staff laugh before deletion. Note; Make post about "chicken sudan" and calculate time before deletion or no deletion.
I would guess that if it incites discussion its fine, but if it just kinda dies or doesn't having potential for a positive discussion its removed.
How is a thread deemed "Discussion worthy"? and by who? is this a long process? I'd like to report that Mr @Nitro_GhostHunter 's most recent shitpost has been deleted . Around 20 minutes ago , nitro posted a thread which was just the whole script for the movie "Kickassia" (2010) It was deleted around 10 minutes later . I'm pretty sure nitro can confirm this .
