Explain the case:

So, playing TTT west I was having a issue where my ping would skyrocket and then I would have to leave the server and reset my router. Now I was slayed for RDM because of my ping messing up certain aspects of the game (I believe it was Yuuki who slayed me so they probably could show the report) now mid slay my internet completely crashed. My steam said no connection and my phone wouldn't work. After getting my internet back up I discovered that I was banned for five days for RDM and leave. Now clearly the reason I was banned was out of my control as my internet always has problems around this time. I'm not angry or anything I would just like to be unbanned. Sorry for the inconveniece.​
