So, I've experienced this only one time before, but, lets say someone goes up into your face, and you hear the little click thing that is indicating your ammo is empty when they left click. Are these valid reasons to kill someone, T Baiting, traitorous act?
The definition of traitor baiting is "shooting towards players." The player has not shot his weapon (discharged a bullet), and therefore has not committed a traitorous act.
The Law is correct. T-baiting is when you shoot a player, or in the direction of one. If they aren't shooting at you, then it's not t-baiting. So, in this case it wouldn't be since they aren't actually shooting.
