Why the fuck did i pay 20 dollars to become a vip on a fucking server that costs more than the mod/game itself just to be harassed from moderators and banned for having a "crackly mic" they warned me once about my "shit mic" (tsu's exact words) I get ungagged then they just ban me. this server is going to shit fuck just about every single one of you

 

That's really messed up man. Someone probably warned you and then when you were ungagged, your mic continued to make a noise. After that they can ban you. Really sucks though. Some mods are too quick to do things like that.

 

That's the fucked up thing i was banned once for a warning and the second time i was "caught" was the time i got banned last time i checked it was 3rd time was a ban but i guess not according to pop star and tsu

 

The problem is that your mic caught too much background noise. I do believe I've played with you before and your mic was catching too much noise, hence the static. You should really test out how you sound to other in the steam overlay. You can go to steam settings and then see how you sound with the mic settings. If it sounds crackly, then that's how it will sound to others.

It is messed up and all, but no one wants to hear static.

 

We gagged you at LEAST 3 times, and told you repeatedly your mic crackles/had static, and to stop using it. We followed the protocol for mic spam, and in fact gave you more than the required 3 chances.

I banned you for Harassment & Mic-Spam, as seen here:


Jacob, buddy, we have no bias against you and of course followed the adequate protocol. You might not have seen so, considering we didn't gag you a third time and simply banned you when you broke the rules for a third time.

As you can tell by the the ban issued, there is a harassment charge, which I did in fact warn you about. I asked you to ease up on the profanity and you replied with "This is a 17+ game so I should be able to curse ." Which I agree with, you should be allowed to curse and you are. However, when a representative of the community (a staff member) asks you to ease it, it probably means you're going over the top.

Rounds proceeded and I eventually gagged you for your mic, then again for the same reason, and the third offense was not mic-spam, but it still falls in the same category, was Harassment.
As you can clearly see in our server rules (or MOTD "!motd in-game"), they are grouped together.

I do not have to tell you what you said that was deemed as harassment, considering this is not your first ban for harassment. Players messaged me and asked that you be gagged/muted, but I wanted to see for myself what you were saying, and It was in fact offensive.

* However, after some discussion with Highwon, we did not follow the complete proper steps, and will unban you.

Your ban will be lifted.
