Evidence of Innocence:

I was reported without evidence and after I had already logged off. I had reason for both my kills the round I was banned, one was dna and the other guy was shooting another player. A friend of mine messaged me after I had already logged off that I was banned.​

Alright then lets get this started.
I banned you for RDM and Leave because you killed a player for "shooting at spawn." That wasn't the kind of answer i wanted since the player was shooting a wall where the spawn was. I tried to tell you, but you left immediately. So i will gladly unban you if you serve a slay and i will void your ban

I "left immediately"? Not only are we talking about different rounds here, but since when is "shooting a wall where the spawn was" not t-baiting and not a reason to kill somebody? He was shooting from far away towards players at spawn, I'd like to see somebody else comment on this because this is ridiculous that you intended to slay me to begin with, nor did you message me at all.

You were no longer on the server when i attempted to pm you so i decided to ban you. Now again if you want to serve the slay, i will void the ban from your record. "shooting at spawn" doesn't really cut a good response meaning that you just killed him for shooting the spawn point.

 

I don't want to serve a slay I feel is unjustified, how am I held responsible for a player who was t-baiting when I had every right as a detective to shoot him per the rules in the MOTD?

I say: How is my response not valid? He was shooting his gun at spawn, I was on the opposite end of him and could not have possibly seen where the bullets were landing, just that he was shooting them towards both me and AFK players. My response to the report is completely identical to the "kind of answer" you wanted minus a description of where his bullets actually hit.

I would rather have an admin review this because it's against my interpretation of the rules as they have been conveyed to me in the MOTD, so for clarifications sake you could say rather than making a fuss about a single slay.

 

After looking at the demo, i came to a conclusion that my game was glitched and that a few players were invisible when this occurance happend. I will unban you and void the ban, i'm sorry that this troubled you. Have a good day!
