Why should you be unbanned: Constant harassment? CMDRsprinkles along with half of his m8s were calling me fag, making fun of me etc, but when i say i wanna punch him inthe face i get a ban? I havent even been gaged today but once.
Evidence of innocence: ^ CMDR, yadads, rengi something all have been harassing me. I get a ban for saying i wanna punch him in the face.

However, I'd like to add some input. You have been claiming people have been calling you a 'faggot' all day. At this point, I will say so myself that you are blatantly lying. You have a history for harassment against players & staff alike, so I hardly think you will get much further acting like this.

I was never gagged for a round, only a warning, i should be unbanned and receive my round gag as that was skipped, CMDR was harassing me the entire time and he never got banned.

 

Also, could you provide some evidence of his harassment? If not, this topic will be locked.

 

When I was playing earlier, you were gagged plenty. You should be lucky Carned and Tsu didn't ban you then.

 

You were both warned repeatedly by the mods to stop, that the next offense would be a ban. You chose to test that and go one step further.

I had gagged you at least twice when I was on for your spam/harassment.

This is not my ban therefore I will not make a judgement on it, but I was also witness to what was going on. Everyone harrassing each other was punished accordingly due to their offenses. Keep in mind there was about 5 of you going at each other, so it was also quite difficult to handle. You mentioned CMDRSprinkles harrassed you, which he was gagged for, but you also said many more things than what you stated in your reasoning here. Due to your history of harrassment and what you've been doing, Neon made her judgement and banned you.

She'll be responding as soon as she sees this, so please be patient.

 

For the time I was on, he was not harassing you.

 

Ask the mods, he sat there and constantly said stuff along with damagito and they just warned them, and i just get banned after my only warning.

 

1. Ive been on for 2 hours now and all ive heard was you guys yelling at each other now as I was saying in the other topic was that you both where Harassing each other. You said these exact words other players can even back me up on this "CMDSPRINKLES I WANT TO PUNCH YOU IN THE FUCKING FACE" now, thats is what I would consider harassment. But I will let the other mods and admins discuss this. But as far as I know thats harassment.
