Why you should be unbanned:

Wolfbane had slayed me, and not just myself there were a couple other people too, but I was slayed for three rounds. Wolfbane wouldn't even tell me why or nor did he speak to me about the reason I was being slayed for two rounds... I tried multiple times during thouse two rounds to ask him about the situation and told him if it was from either situation that happened, accidents happen which they were. It's hard to tell who is terrorist or not when there is a shootout, so I accidentally killed the wrong guy, got killed myself was reported, cool that was fine to report me but I even filed against it saying my half of the story just as I did here. Round 2 slay was earned cause I got stuck in one of the portals, btw both of these happened on the minecraft map, and when I got stuck in the portal I was being shot from one end being pushed back through while another guys was on the other end... I tried to pulse so I wouldn't kill the innocent, didn't work....

So, I left a little pissed since wolfbane wouldn't listen to my half nor talk to me about the situation... come back to being banned, I did say "f$%^ you" to wolfbane, and I do apologize for that cause two wrongs don't make a right.​

the RDM is as explained, and I left cause he didn't respond me trying to tell him it wasn't RDM in an intentional way, and I apologized to those people and explained to them as well why it happened, they didn't respond nor did they complain further about it, it was resolved at a lower level, yes I was still reported. But accidents happen man, it's life, we are only human. With him not responding to me trying to figure out, and with out him investigating the situation, I feel he was in the wrong.

 

Hello Mysterious, thank you for taking your time to appeal your ban. It seems that I have banned you for rdm and leave for your first offense as I recall I only slayed you for 2 rounds and you left during your first slay. I will apologize for not responding to you when you were speaking to me through normal chat, as I recall I was also taking care of other reports/bans that were happening at the moment and I couldn't get back to you at the time. However, as i've provided in the evidence that follows, you did in fact rdm two people and you had knowledge of it.

As you can see in one of your first reports you shot and killed another inno on sus. Which is something that players cannot do in this server.
In your second report you stated that you were teleporting back and forth and killed another inno on accident. Accidental rdm is still rdm.

and accidental RDM is still RDM? WTF seriously, dude it's not like I had control over the situation on that one but I will accept the other. But accepting something that was out of my control when I was trying to get out of the teleport loop... fine, I'll deal with the two slays, but that's highly unfair still... I've never been banned from a server nor had issues before this one, but first time for everything right? Again I apologize, I honestly don't mean to RDM or disobey any rules, every server I get on I always get on in the aim to get to be mod, I don't care for admin or anything else and don't take this as me asking, I'm just saying I always get on to be as such, cause I like to help out, not the other way around... and I believe I did add you on steam

Yes, accidental "RDM" is still RDM. As for this being out of your control, you are dead wrong you had a choice to left click or not. Just for clarification.
